Adam Grass is a builder based in the Carolinas with extensive experience in construction operations and project execution. After being relocated due to Hurricane Katrina, he began building his career in Charlotte, where he gained hands-on experience coordinating trades, managing project timelines, and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Over the years, Adam developed a reputation for discipline, clear communication, and maintaining high standards from start to finish. He believes successful construction requires consistency, accountability, and attention to detail. Adam stays actively involved on job sites and works closely with trade partners to ensure every project moves forward smoothly and efficiently.

In 2023, Adam and his wife Tanja moved to Charleston, attracted by the opportunities and lifestyle the Lowcountry offers. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing the coastal lifestyle. His steady leadership and practical perspective play an important role in every home he helps bring to life.

Tyler Harris

Tyler Harris is an entrepreneur and builder based in Charleston, South Carolina. He has a background in civil engineering along with hands-on construction experience. Early in his career, he spent significant time around job sites, where he developed a strong understanding of how construction projects should be managed and why many fail due to poor planning and lack of accountability.

Rather than following a traditional career path, Tyler built and scaled multiple businesses while staying closely connected to real estate and construction. His approach is disciplined and system-driven, with a strong focus on communication, reliable trade partnerships, accurate budgeting, and executing projects the right way. He views every project from both a builder’s and an investor’s perspective, prioritizing efficiency, durability, and long-term value.

Outside of work, Tyler lives in Charleston with his wife Cameron. They enjoy fishing in the Lowcountry waters and spending time outdoors. The coastal lifestyle influences how he approaches homebuilding, focusing on practical layouts, durable materials, and homes designed to match the way people live in the Carolinas.
